Nine rings for mortal men doomed to die, and nine days until I go to the happy place to feel alive!

I once made the acquaintance of two Great Dane brothers named Faramir & Boromir! My Dane was unimpressed....they were fairly younger and more interested in playing than relaxing.
    They were handsome boys-

That sucks. Been just over two years since my friend of 18.5 years, Cheyenne, went away. Long time for a German Shorthair though.

Down to sled dogs folks, a week and a day! At this time next Thursday, I expect to be looking at World Showcase laid out in front of me like a giant, expensive buffet...

I enjoy your creative countdowns. Almost there!

Two legendary brothers, Walter Elias and Roy O! Arguably the most important people in pop culture and a huge part of the world economy.

Thanks! Yeah, so, so close! Clothes are piled, ready to be squeezed into the smallest bag we can fit them in to avoid baggage fees on Allegiant. Luckily they give a free bag for people with a military ID so we'll take one bag as a carry on and our park packs as our personal item each. It's a short trip so it should be easy and looks like nearly perfect weather, maybe rain Saturday and Sunday morning. Might not even take a long sleeve shirt!

I'll probably only take one camera, the new Sony RX-100 V, for its inaugural WDW trip. And a collapsible tripod. I want to try an infrared filter out some, which is a little tricky with digital cameras.

We'll have Thursday evening, two full days, and Sunday morning. Mostly Food and Wine this time, and some great attractions thrown in for good measure.

I figured that went without having to say it, kind of like if you have to explain the punch line...

Hey, maybe we'll overlap your adults only trip next year!
