Thanks for the Festival food reviews. Unfortunately I have to disagree on the Pieorogi dish. My Ukrainian heritage guides me to say that the pierogi served to me seemed like they were fried once then reheated - so the edges were a little hard and the overall texture was odd. it also needed to be more moist. I shouldnt be able to pick it up with my hands. And the kielbasa wasnt a kielbasa - it was a hot link sausage you'd get inside the corndog at Corn Dog Castle. Kielbasas are spicy without being hot and the texture needed to be more firm. I was disappointed.

I will try those dishes at Paradise GG (though I wish Mobile Order worked for tabs) and thanks for the tip on the chicken bahn mi. I can remove that from my "try it" list.

This half Polish girl is disappointed to hear this. I was so excited to see something connected to my that side since its so rare to see anything of any of my family heritage on either side. I don't like hot link sausage but kielbasa is a stable in my home so those of us that eat that would know the difference for sure. Disappointing to hear how the pierogis were for you as well.
A crowded day at Disneyland beats a busy day of housework!!

According to my princess, its not Star Wars land its "You stole my goats away from me!!......in progress land"

as we all know with Disney foods - your mileage may vary. I dont think the kielbasa will change but the pierogis may be different. And definitely not enough sour cream. The sauteed onions and mushrooms on the side, while small, were very good.
