i love how the comment from D'Amaro was "we have so much land available in all parks around the world" which included Disneyland - but its not a final decision yet. This message was really oriented to Wall Street - focusing on tangible, physical assets that would be easy to understand investing in.

which means that Wall St. is not convinced a long term investment in the Parks will fix their financial problems - right now with content and broadcast networks. 10 years for everything else.
