Villas at the Grand Floridian (Phase 2)

Wanted to see if anyone has purchased or is planning to purchase the new section that just went on sale? I made the leap and bought into the VGF. The new building is in a prime location. The only drawback, is that the new rooms do not have a kitchenette like other DVC studios. All in all, really excited about the resort.

We have not nor are we planning to buy into this resort but we decided to stay there in January to check them out. If we buy another contract it will probably be at either Old Key West or Saratoga Springs.
