Hard Hit Cruise Lines don't get stimulus money

Because most of them are foreign flagged so they don't have to pay US taxes. Why would they get US taxpayer money to help them? That doesn't make any sense??

Without expressing an opinion regarding whether they should get a bailout/stimulous money, it will be hard for the U.S. based businesses that support cruise hubs if the cruise industry fails. For example, when we last cruised, we arrived early to visit a tourist location, stayed in a semi-nearly hotel room the night before, took a private shuttle to cruise terminal, rented a car upon our return, and went to a tourist location on our way back to the airport.
