Heading to airport on 10k race day

We are flying home from Orlando on the day of the WDW Marathon weekend 10k. I think our flight leaves at noon. How long does the Magical Express typically take from resort hotels to the airport? I want to make sure we have enough time but expect that leaving earlier is more likely to be impacted by race traffic.

DME will pick you up 3 hours before your flight departure time. It will take about an hour or so to get to the airport, depending on if it makes a stop to another resort on the way out. I dont think that race traffic will make a big difference as there are multiple routes to get off property.

One thing to be aware of is that DME doesn't give you a choice of pick-up time for the return trip to the airport. Disney will assign you a time, based on the expected travel time and recommended arrival times at the airport. If anything, they will get you there early.
