The official rules state that if the winner lives within 250 miles from the resort, air fare and ground transportation will not be provided.

I read the rules awhile ago, but usually if you live within so many miles, you just don't get the airfare portion of the prize.

The official rules say they will not provide airfare if you live within 250 miles of the destination.

The official rules also state that if the winner is Canadian they have to pass a timed math test first... Why?
It says: "If the potential Grand Prize Winner selected is a Canadian resident, he/she must first correctly answer a time-based mathematical skill-testing question, to be implemented by Administrator, as a condition to being considered the Potential Grand Prize Winner."
