If you don't already have other firm plans that evening, make sure you check out MK fireworks from the rooftop viewing area!

Even if your time is earlier in the day, they let you come back later if you show your receipt from your visit.

My son is actually looking forward for the Spicy Kazan Roll. I am allergic to shellfish, so I typically stay away any seafood. There is plenty of other good things on the menu. Any recommendations?

Cheating since it was technically yesterday.

Made my off site hotel reservations to bookend my trip, got the rental car squared away, and changed my reservation for a dinner at Artist Point from my fist day to my last day (while I've only been there once before, I decided I wanted to eat there again before the conversion to character dining for dinner occurs later this year).

Still deciding on maybe kicking off my first day with a meal at Disney Springs since I may have a light park day (hitting MK, but not doing the Halloween Party, so if I don't hop, I'm done by 6-ish). Debating between a repeat of Paddlefish or trying something new, maybe Morimoto Asia, STK, or The Edison.

Nothing but the best! Although lately we've been making some pretty amazing ribeyes on the Traeger pellet smoker. Smoke 45min each side, crank up for six min ea side at 375 or so. 50/50 mix hickory and mesquite pellets.
