The Famed Arts & Crafts Movement 2: Stay Behind the Yellow Line: The "show" of life.

Well, after a long talk about the "show", and how it applies to CMs, I have a small quandry for you!

Is a Parking CM part of the whole "show" of Disneyland?
What does one have to do to get in the "character" of this role?

    Ok, now discuss. :Snap:

It's always nice when the parking lot CM has a real personality, and can actually interact with the guests instead of just parroting what he's memorized. Just don't take it to Jungle Cruise extremes - a nice, friendly patter with a few quips here and there adds greatly to the ride.

Why of course he (or she, although there are an unfortunate dearth of "shes" working in the parking lot, IMHO) is! Why else would they be called "Cast Members?"

The same thing as virtually every other CM at the park. Be courteous, friendly and helpful. Smile. Look clean and professional.

Just because the CM doesn't have a nifty themed costume or a slightly modified vocabulary (like the servers at the late, great Big Thunder BBQ), it doesn't mean that they're any less important to the proper functioning and presentation of the "show".
I'm just a simple man, trying to make my way in the universe.

Extending that metaphor, I'd say that Parking Lot CMs would be somewhat like ushers, so yea, they are part of the overall show.
