Can't find 5 Halloween party tickets, 10/23. Help!

Help! I have planned our California trip around a visit to the Trick or Treat party on 10/23, and now the tickets are sold out! I've checked Craigslist and e-bay. Does anybody know if there are ticket brokers that buy blocks of tickets, like they do for the WDW party? Can't find anything on-line. Any help would be great, I'm stuck and don't know what to do.

They added tickets earlier to both 10/23 and 10/31. Any reason you waited so long to buy the tix since you were planning the trip around this?

There are tickets on eBay starting at $70 each.

I just want to say that Craigslist and ebay are both illegal ticketing sources. Disney tickets cannot be resold by unauthorized sellers. Besides that there are plently of scammers on both (orange county recently arrested at least two people I am aware of for selling fake tickets). I even heard of a person going to the booth and telling the cm they were there to pick up the tickets they won on ebay from will call (the cm just said sorry but you were scammed). The only way to make sure they are real is take them to disneyland and ask. But, do that and they can (and probably will) be confiscated because they were bought illegally.

That aside, there are still tickets for the 21st and 22nd can you bump it up some? If not and you are staying at an Disney hotel maybe the hotel has some on hold for guests for the 23rd?

    Are the Halloween tickets "non-transferrable"?

I am highly opinionated about selling partially used park-hopper tickets anywhere, but unused Halloween Party tickets should be legal - or at least usable. Technically, they're probably not supposed to be sold for above face value, but it would be easy enough to tell if they're legitimate tickets or not.

The big problem would come if they're pdf tickets. It would be possible for someone to (illegally) sell the same PDF to several people and in that case the only ones who would be able to use them would be the first people to try that night. After that, the computer will have marked those codes as already used.

Physical tickets would be difficult to duplicate.

All Disney tickets, including the Halloween ones, are not for resale and non-transferrable. They all say in the fine print "may not be sold, bartered nor exchanged for goods, services or benefits" That doesn't mean you can't give it away to another person but only authorized sellers can sell them to the general public.

To clarify CA state law allows "scalping" (reselling above list price) and the people who have been arrested were arrested because of selling fake tickets. A common fake ticket is taking those hard cards from grocery stores and selling them when they were never activated. The actual paper tickets would be harder but not impossible to forge and you are right about the pdf tickets being pretty easy to just copy or forge. By illegal I meant that if Disney catches you scalping (buying or selling) on property they can and will escort you off property after having a long chat with you in security and possibly issue a stay out order for x number of years (depending of course on the situation). They will also confiscate any tickets they find out are scalped.
