    The Royal Coronation and Princess Storytelling shows will be returning to Disneyland's Princess Fantasy Faire for the summer. The tentative dates for the revival are from some time in June until August 15.

  2. Disney ends Give a Day, Get a Disney Day program

    Earlier today MousePlanet readers reported that the option to register for a volunteer opportunity through Disney's "Give a Day, Get a Disney Day" program had been removed from the Disney Parks Web site; now the site has updated it's FAQ to indicate that the program has reached the one-million volunteer mark and has ended.

  3. Disney Parks announces 2-Resort "Premiere Pass" valid at DLR and WDW

    At the Disney Shareholders meeting this morning, Walt Disney Company President Bob Iger officially announced today a 2-Resort "Premiere Pass" valid at Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.     Eight people were injured in an accident this afternoon at Walt Disney World when a Disney Transportation bus struck a parked Mears bus near the Epcot parking lot entrance. ( has aerial photos of the accident site.)

  5. Third bus accident in two weeks at Walt Disney World

    Just before noon today, the Walt Disney World bus fleet was involved in its third accident in twelve days when a bus driven by 81-year-old Fredrick Cassens failed to stop and ran into the back of an SUV driven by 47-year-old Mark Sigman of Ohio. The impact pushed Sigman's SUV into a Disney van driven by 20-year-old Brianna Berry.
