  2. Jonas Brothers to appear at Disneyland Resort book signing event November 25, 2008

    The Jonas Brothers will be at Disney's California Adventure from 11 am to 12:30 pm on Tuesday, November 25th for the release and signing of their new book, Burning Up: On Tour with the JONAS Brothers.

    The book will be offered for sale for $21.99, plus tax, and there is a limit of one book per person.

    Glenn “Slippery” Hicks, former longtime Disneylander, passed away December 3 at age 93.

    A native of Abilene, Texas, Glenn was a gunnery engineer during World War II, flying multiple bombing missions over Germany. He also served in the Korean War as a special investigator and retired from the military as a master sergeant.

    I've been wanting to go back on DCL since my last trip in 2004. I knew DH would have a wonderful time, but he was a skeptic. Disney? Kids? A week?
