Hi.

I just called the Disney Gallery the other night. Does anybody have any comments about the voice mail message? (This was after the Gallery was closed). I heard a kinda cool spooky "Haunted Mansion/Halloween Town" message about the upcoming "Nightmare Before Christmas" art. It had the Haunted Mansion entryway music playing in the background. It really put me in the mood!

Has anyone ever mailed the Disney Company and gotten a personal response? What did you write to them about...and what did they write to you back?

That number for Michael Eisner is just the generic number and does not go to him. However, his extention is listed in the phone directory backstage for cast members. Just ask a cast member to copy down his extension out of the book, and you can call his office directly. Or for that matter, Paul Pressler, or anyone.

Thanks cool, thanks for the input, Jason!

Hi! So, yeah, I didn't think to put the Gallery phone number in my posting--I'm a dope--but I never expected such a great list. Has anybody called Eisner's office?

Anyway. . .What's the scoop on the "Haunted Mansion Holiday" art? Anybody know?

Hey, I have the gallery phone #.
It's 714-781-7531.
I hear they totally do up the haunted mansion in Nightmare before christmas style.
The phone message voice is pretty creepy sounding.
Does anyone know who is doing the message?
Is it one or two people?

Kirk,

Yep, I e-mailed Disney and got a personal response.

I had e-mailed questioning the dates of the King Arthur Carrousel rehab. Someone wrote back with a canned response which clearly had an incorrect date in it (i.e. listed the carrousel as being back in business in January of 2002 . I then wrote back asking, did you mean to say 2003, and got a response saying, in essence, oops, sorry, yes I did mean to say 2003.

What email address did you send it to?

Uh, please don't ask us for favors of that nature. You could be putting someone's job at risk.

tinkfreak, that is very true, someone could get in trouble....Eisner doesn't want us lowly fans calling his office.....he might get back at us and take away an E ticket attraction or something...who knows!
