Does anyone have a tuba I can borrow? I played tuba from 4th grade all the way through high school (almost 20 years ago). I would love to participate, but have no instrument. I wonder if I can still read music. I bet it's like riding a bike though!

Bytebear: I'm sure there's gotta be a rental place somewhere in anaheim. A quick google search found a few, some require at least a month's rental though ($30). Maybe if you called and explained the situation, they might cut you a deal.

Well, a World Record was made, as 627 Tuba Players showed up and performed today.

Ages 5 thru 77 performed, one of the Conductors was 78.

One well known musician, Rodney Newton came all the way from England to perform at the event.

And of course, photos can be found at the link below.
