So I bought one of those Disney Rubik's Cube (http://www.register123.com/event/profile/web/index.cfm?PKwebID=0x101727d454) and the kids messed it up. There is a Big difference between the plan one and the disney one. Not only do the colors have to line up so do the pix. Do you think If I take it tomorrow to the event they would fix it? Event (http://psc.disney.go.com/eventservices/disneygallery/dlr_rubikscube.html) And would they still have it if it is raining? I ask where they where having it and they said outside between WOD and Anne's.

I feel your pain. I bought one in October, and I suspect we'll NEVER get it back to its original position...:(

You have a few options. You can get a book, or find online, a step by step solution. There are many out there. You can also pop the cube apart, and rebuild it correctly. The easiest way is to slide the cube to a 1/8th position, and pop out one of the side pieces. Another option, but I would not recommend it, is peeling off the stickers and readhering them in the right place.

I found this website (http://www.alchemistmatt.com/cube/rubik.html) which says it has a foolproof method of solving, even if there is a picture involved (where orientation of the picture would matter). A quick google for "rubik's" +solve will provide many results, though.

Best of luck!

We went down there and the people where really nice. One girl tried to teach my husband on how to put in back together. They did not know they would be working with the Disney cube. And it was a little challenging to them but after a bit they got it. They also trade to do it with Mickey hands on. That was funny. It was cold.

Ooo. My nephew is really good at them. Infact he has mastered the 5x. He's looking for a new one and loves Disney so maybe this would be a good option. I'll tell his mom.
