While we were at the resort today we saw loads of you participating in the Mouse Adventure but did any of you happen to pull your eyes away from your clipboards long enough to spot Pam Anderson and her new hubby in the parks?

We first saw her at Grizzly River Rapids in DCA not riding but waiting and watching for the rest of her party. Then in DL walking past us between the Matterhorn and Alice. She is alot shorter than I thought she would be.

Off topic, I hope everyone had an amazing time today!

I don't think her height was what my husband and I noticed. We passed her and he said "Who was THAT aging starlet?" I told him I thought it was Pam Anderson and he said something about being ridden hard and put away wet. If she hadn't been with the handlers and body guard I would have never given her a second look. You just never know......

Sooooo many people in Hollywood look like "nobody" without make-up and off the set. The one exception I've seen is Vanessa Williams. That woman is beautiful in real life too!

I saw her eating with a huge group and 2 huge guys (I'm assuming bodyguards) at Pizza Port.

She looked busted. But it was nice to know that celebrities love the pasta at Pizza Port too :D

She had a bunch of kids with her at the time. They took up two tables. One for her and her hubby and bodyguards...the other was all kids.

That's MrPooh's phrase! :D

She looks horrible without makeup. She doesn't look that great with it anymore, either.

In an unrelated to Pam but related to celebrity sightings note, we saw Jennifer Connelly and her husband Paul Bettany (both in "A Beautiful Mind") with their kids at DCA on Saturday evening. Once again, the checkered vested CM gave it away and I looked beside him to find a beautiful tall and slender woman pushing a stroller next to him. It took me a second to process it was her since on Tv and Movies, she's known for being curvy but in real life, she was thin and tall. She didn't have her hair made up (it was in a loose bun) and she didn't seem to be wearing makeup. She was really pretty and my boyfriend agreed that she definitely looked great. It all happened too quickly for me to take a snapshot since they were going into the Grand Californian via the "secret entrance" (hotel entrance), but it surprised me to see a celebrity of that magnitude (oscar nominee) on a weekend day at DLR. We saw Diane Keaton at DCA once but that was minutes before closing time and it was really dark. Anyway, back to Pam, I saw her in person on the Ellen show when we went to a taping and she did look "busted" as someone else mentioned. It just goes to show how it's all "smoke and mirrors" in Hollywood.

Nothing to add here except that the phrase:

"Aging starlet"

has got to be one of the saddest, most loaded phrases in the world.

It was celebrity weekend at DLR apparently (although my sighting is very low rent compared to the others). I was running around for MA and saw Lynn and Alex from Season 6 or 7 of the Amazing Race. It was early in the day, so I still had some adrenaline, so I sort of hollered "I loved you on the Amazing Race". They waved. It was nice. My team was not impressed.

We saw Calista Flockhart in the GCH a few weeks ago, my husband actually pointed her out. I had stopped at the little tourist's room on the way to the PPH and the car. He told me to turn discretely (there I was thinking I had somethign askew with myself!) and I turned saw her with the red vested guide and turned back around. I said "oh that's Calista Flockhart" and as we were walking out he said "so she was Buffy, right" and I said "no Ally McBeal", not sure how he knew she was an actress., We pointed her out to my mom who cirlced around twice looking for Harrison, he was no where to be found. Calista is very slight, she really does look like she needs a good solid meal!

Seeing Harrison on the Indiana Jones ride would be the coup.

I have never understood any attraction to Pam Anderson, even 20 years ago.

Not unless she was worth any points. Which, from the sound of it, is no.

She was so cute when she was in Home Improvement.

I saw one picture of her before all the harlot makeup and the humongous factory upgrades. She looked like the girl next door. Cute, fun, like maybe you'd see her in Daisy Duke shorts and a knotted checkerd shirt or something. Very wholesome and adorable.

Why she did what she did to herself is beyond me. If she'd left it alone, she'd probably still look halfway decent now.

Well, that, and the lifestyle she leads, and the scummy dudes she hangs with.

Silly question, but do celebs need to check in with Disney before coming?

I don't think they necessarily HAVE to, but I don't think anyone of reasonable fame would dare go wander through the parks without an escort. They usually have a VIP escort meet them at their hotel if they are on-property, or at GCH if they are not staying overnight, and escort them in from there. We see the VIP escorts walking between GCH and the main gate fairly often.

Thanks for the response. I was just wondering since it seems as if they were working over time on the VIP's this past weekend.

When I saw Nicolas Cage in the park he stood in line with everyone else
at the entrance gate, he and his party handed over their tickets and
entered just like everyone else. I happened to be just a bit behind him
and he walked down mainstreet just him and his party, no Disney escorts
or handlers in sight. I don't think Disney had any idea he was there.
And while I could see a few people do double takes, I think most people
didn't even notice him there and he got no attention whatsoever. No one
asking for autographs or taking pictures, nothing. I was only behind
him as long as it took to get into the park and to walk down mainstreet
as far as the partners statue. At that point he turned toward
Tomorrowland and I went straight toward the castle and into FL.

Walked down main street 3 years ago side by side with Paul McCartney. The DLR rep was telling him different things about DL. He had a body guard the size of a brick house and he allowed us to walk next to the family. I was more interested in what the guide had to say. Finally some fool walked up to take a pic of Paul and his fam, then the body guard said no and put his bear size paw up to the camera, it scared the you know what out of the guy taking the pic. We walked with them to castle, Paul looked at me, nodded and my family and I went to stand in line at Peter Pan and he his fam got to go on the ride without waiting. At that point I wished that we could have been with them. Walk to the front of the line.

In his hey day, I believe Mark McGuire walked the park with his family without DL CMs.

Some people do and some people don't. I am one of those that do.

Don't know why you felt the need to be a snot concerning my post.
