Does anyone know if the Aladdin musical will be playing in the summer, I checked the calander on DL website and found nothing. I love that show and I think it would be ashame if they chose not to continue it for the summer:crying:

I was just on today and I found it on the calendar. Make sure you check the box that has DCA. We are going in June so I'm not sure how far in advance you are going.

I noticed the same thing. The only thing I can offer is that I remember that some components of the schedule were not listed until a few weeks prior last summer. (Perhaps they wait to see how busy it is the month prior before scheduling some of these shows.)

I was just wondering if anyone has word on the longevity of the Aladdin musical yet. It's still only showing up through June on Disneyland's website. Is it possible that it's nearing the end of it's run?

I emailed DLR directly about the Aladdin musical and they said it will be playing during the month of July. I dont know about the next months after that. This is what they told me.....

I recently read that you pick up tickets for the show ?? I don't recall that? is this still in practice?

There are no tickets, except for priority seating tickets that come with some travel packages. Sort of like fastpasses for those folks.

You just show up, wait in line for the section you want to sit in (orchestra, mezzanine or balcony) and then find a seat when they let you in. Doors close promptly at the showtime listed on the marquee, so plan to arrive before that.

The last two times we saw it (including last Sunday), however, the show we attended filled up, so you might want to get there at least 15-20 minutes early.

ok thanks.. we have done this a few times before and did it as you stated but the guidebook I am reading said something about tickets...that it is the only show you can get tickets for ahead of time... i may throw up a new thread just to hear from others (it is a 2006 guidebook that includes things like Nemo opening in 2007 and such so I wondered if it was a new thing or an outdated thing.... )
