I am planning a mother/daughter trip in Sept. for my DD 16th birthday. We have never stayed on property before. To make a reservation, do I have to call the main reservation line, or can I call the DLH front desk directly? Also, will the price per night they quote me be with or without the taxes and fees added?
Thanks!

The price they quote you will be without tax and resort fees. I believe resort fees are an additional $11.50 per day. Tax, I think, is 15%.

This is the phone number I use for reservations: (714) 956 - MICKEY.

Happy Birthday to your daughter :)

If you don't feel like talking to a real person you can book online with sites like hotels.com, expedia, etc.

I just looked on getawaytoday.com and it was a couple of hundred dollars less there than on the DL website. I would try there.

Thanks for the replies. We have only been to DL 3 times, and we have always gone on budget trips. But I plan on doing a special trip for each of my kids when they turn 16. My oldest DD is dying to stay at the DLH. I think I am not going to tell her which hotel we are staying at until we land in California.
