Another food question -
We are staying at the Residence Inn Maingate and I am thinking a couple evenings it might be a good idea to take an afternoon break, have an early dinner via restaurant delivery in the hotel before trekking back for nighttime visits to the park. Instead of a crapshoot, does anyone have any good recommendations for restaurants that do delivery to local hotels?
Thanks,
Amy

Hi,
When went to Disneyland in March of 2004 and we stayed offsite. In the room they had menus from several local restaurants that deliver. It made really nice as my DH got sick and we were stuck in the room most evenings.

Yes, the motels/hotels tend to have take out menus in them.
I can personally only speak for Pizza hut- lol- not gourmet but it's always arrived quickly and hot if that counts. :)

Choy's at 2801 W Ball Road delivers until some outrageous time, after midnight that's for sure. Their number is (714) 527-6848. I am not an expert on Chinese food, but I liked it.

too funny nvmom. In 2003 when we went we called Pizza Hut everynight. I had their menu down cold. Now though I am more of a healthy eater. Kinda sad in some ways.:crying:

Marri's Italian, 714 533-1631, delivers.

We often pick up a pizza and take it home after a visit to the park.

We discovered China Delight several trips ago and we keep their menu in our "Disneyland trip bag". So, a dinner from there is always a given when we go to Disneyland. Their number is 714-778-4888. Their prices are very reasonable. And, you get a lot of food. One entree could easily feed 2 people if you're not huge eaters or if you're serving kids.

We found that out the hard way, as there was 4 of us and we all ordered an entree. Well, we ended up with more leftovers then the small fridge could handle. It ended up we didn't touch the leftovers as is, so in retrospect, we will only be ordering one entree to feed 2 adults.
