View Full Version : I can't believe my Disney tickets are LOST in the mail!

I feel so sick over this! I ordered our Disneyland tickets (and my parents) on 1/30/07. They should have been here by now (I live in central CA). I looked at the dang receit and I typed in the wrong address!
For some reason I put my last name as my street name (they both start with Cro) What was I thinking? You would think that spending $600.00+ on my card I would have checked the address.

So I called my Post Office and they don't remember seeing it and Disneyland said they need to get it back to issue me new tickets. I know that could take WEEKS.
Please tell me this will turn out OK. :crying: :crying:

Since you said that you put them on your card,you probably did'nt sign a credit card reciept. You could always call the credit card company tell them the error,and have them dispute the charges for you.Then those tickets could possibly be made invalid and you could buy new ones. I am not sure if that is possible, but it could be worth a shot. GOOD LUCK!

Did you order straight from Disney? I thought they require a signature to receive them? Couldn't they track the package?

Yes from Disneyland.com - They said they didn't track it.:(

I would definately check with your credit card company. They usually offer buyer protection. If you didn't receive it, then you are not responsible for paying for it.

I wonder if someone got them in the mail and said "ooh! we're so lucky!!"
but otherwise, that stinks. x(

I just received some standard USPS. I believe that there are options for shipping and I chose the free one. :D

*****Update*****
They did send them USPS and Disneyland received them back so they issued me new tickets! They sent them today!!! I am so happy (so is DH)!!!!:)
