I had a friend tell me that they stayed at the Annabella & could walk acrossed the street & catch a tram. I am having a hard time picturing what tram she could be talking about. Anyone have any ideas?

She is probably referring to the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit)

I thought that too, but she was set that it was as she described it "the big golf cart looking things that pull a lot of cars."

Weekends and summer, you can "walk across the street", and head a ways east, to catch the tram from the Timor parking lot.
Definitely not a "door-to-door" proposition.

I wouldn't call it "across the street". My kids do it. You walk across the street, down about a 1/4 mile to the Timon lot entrance, walk in and catch the parking lot tram. The entrance is across the street from the convention center. This only works when the lot is open and operating.

Be aware that it is a pretty long walf from the Annabella to the front gates. I remember it taking at least 20 minutes, including a cut through DGC.

Other than that, it is a nice hotel. The pools are great and their restaurant is very good...:)

Maybe it is better just to drive. I like preserving the kids energy all that I can!!! Thanks for all the info!!!

Well, the drive, parking, walk to tram, ride to park, then reverse at the end of the day would take longer than the walk (BTDT). ART stops out in front of the Anabella.
