Does anyone know how deep the kiddy pool at the GC is? :)

About 3 feet deep. They also have a pretty cool waterslide.

Is the little round kiddy pool that deep? I thought it was much shallower than that? But maybe I'm getting it confused with one of the WDW kiddie pools, since it's been quite a while since I was at the GF pool area.

The 12 foot diameter Kiddy Pool (http://www.wdwinfo.com/disneyland/photos/Grand-Californian/pages/Pool%2001.htm) is one foot deep. My 3 year old and 1 year old can walk upright in the kiddy pool.

The Redwood Pool features a 100-foot slide (http://www.wdwinfo.com/disneyland/photos/Grand-Californian/pages/Pool%20-%20Redwood%2001.htm)that winds around the trunk of an ancient tree and gets to five feet deep. It also has a small kiddy slide that my 3 year old and 1 year old love.

The attached Fountain Pool (http://www.wdwinfo.com/disneyland/photos/Grand-Californian/pages/Pool%20000%20-%20Entrance.htm)provides a more restful setting (http://www.wdwinfo.com/disneyland/photos/Grand-Californian/pages/Pool%20005.htm)while the kids can enjoy their very own Mickey shaped pool.

The whirlpool (http://www.wdwinfo.com/disneyland/photos/Grand-Californian/pages/Pool%2006.htm)is great, too.

This is a great place to relax during the hot So California afternoons. Spend the morning at CA, afternoon at GC, and evenings at DL -- how I could spend each day the rest of my life.

Thanks for the photos! I've been wondering what the slide looked like and the photos on the hotel's website are just to far away. I'm sure my kids are going to have a blast playing in the pool, as long as the weather is decent enough!
