I love getting chile and chowder in bread bowls.
Can I still get these in New Orleans Square?
If so, where?
Are these sold anywhere else in
--the parks,
--hotels,
--or in Downtown Disney?
P.S. Laughingplace.com just posted photos of menu items at the BB and Cafe Orleans.

Can't answer your question, but MousePlanet posted photos last week. Here's the link (http://www.mouseplanet.com/articles.php?art=mm060623av)

I love getting chile and chowder in bread bowls.I believe you mean chili.

You can also get soup in bread bowls over at Pacific Wharf Cafe in DCA. The bread bowls there are Boudin sourdough (the best).

if your looking for a bread bowl for lunch, Quiznos has very good ones at a resonable price.

Thank you!
When I first had one of these bread bowls near the H. Mansion at WDW about 25 years ago I felt a Wonka-esque magic. (You can even eat the dishes. . .)

Beef Stew Bread Boule at the French Market is the BEST when it's chilly outside :D

They used to have potato soup in bread bowls at Cafe Orleans, but it dosn't look like they do anymore. Too bad too, it was a really good vegetarian option.

Sorry for bringing back and old thread, but I had to report that I tried the recommended Quiznos bread bowl (the "steak" chili one). It was better than I expected, but the bread bowl itself was kind of bland and not chewy or "bready" enough. I'm looking forward to trying the one in DCA.
Thanks again for the tips!

There was an article in the Disney Magazine a while back about where you can order individual bread bowls from the Boudin Bakery... I'll have to see if I can dig it up.
