Yes, we are going to Mickey's Halloween Treat, and we have tickets on the 23rd. I wanted to keep the option open to have our son do that event, and also do trick or treating in the neighborhood on the 31st - double the candy!

that is so funny! I keep asking my kids (8 and 10 years old) what they want to be for the Halloween Treat in Disneyland.

I'm going on the 22nd :)

My b/f is already complaining that I've been trying to start getting his costume together now. I already bought my wings at DLR, I'm going to be a version of tinkerbell. I want him to be a lost boy but he's not so sure, he might want to be capt. hook.

Huh, when I looked, the only dates listed were late in Oct. I thought that was kind of odd. Maybe I'll look again. Not that I want to have to pack costumes too, but I think the girls would enjoy it.

We're going to be there on 10/27. It should be fun again. Are they still limiting the number of tickets sold for each night?
Last year we were there on the Friday before halloween and it was empty! We ended up with more candy than anyone should be allowed to have.

When can non AP holders purchase tickets for the event? I thought I saw somewhere that it was July 1st but I can't find any information about it on the Disney site.

Adults can only wear their costumes to the Halloween Treat. They will not let you in to Disneyland with one on.

To go into Disneyland, you can wear a costume up until 10 years old. Last year when we went to the Halloween Treat, my daughter was 9 and they said it was ok, but 10 and older cannot wear a costume into Disneyland.
They allow all ages to wear a costume to Mickey's Halloween Treat, but ONLY during the party, so all days they have the Halloween Treat you are allowed to wear a costume.

Hi folks,

Does anyone know if you have to purchase tickets for children 3 and under? I have a 2-year-old godson I'm planning to take, and I'm not quite sure if I should purchase a ticket for him. Thanks!

The rules are the same as for admission. If the child is 3 at the time of the event, then the child needs a ticket to the event. If the child is under 3 at the time of the event, then no ticket needed, so if your 2-year-old godson doesn't have another birthday between now and when you want to go, no ticket necessary.

Just wondering if any other non-APs bought tickets yesterday. Although the 27th was already sold out, the other Fridays were also possibly going to sell out as well.
