Anyone have info on this place? the good the bad the ugly?
We've always stayed at the Castle Inn with good results (my 5yo loves that its a castle) but its kind of a far walk for us - is the Travelodge closer or further away?

tia for any help you can offer

I ran a search and it seems to be ok - not amazing or anything, but still can't find the distance issue

2060 South Harbor Blvd., Anaheim, California 92802
I think it might be directly next door to the Castle inn if I'm remembering right - so still a hike in - but getaway travel has it as the cheapest hotel for the packages

the info i'm finding is theres a $5/person shuttle every 30 minutes but for my family of 3 adults/2 kids thats not cheap. Or a 15-20 minute walk so thats about 1.25miles maybe?

That's too too far to walk with kids. Look at it on mapquest, it's beyond the convention center which is the farthest I've walked. It was fine for me early in the day, but I wouldn't do it at the end of the night.

tia for any help you can offerI stayed there in Oct 03, It was clean and quiet. The rooms were good but nothing to write home about. The best part was I got them on price line for $30.00 a night for Fri, Sat and Sunday night. There is a shuttle stop in front of the place, but it is a long walk.

The hotel is within walking distance, but the ART shuttle and OCTA bus do stop out front. I took a few pictures today of the hotel, it appears they are trying to fix the place up:
