Yesterday afternoon while wandering through New Orleans Square we noticed a huge line of people standing near the Blue Bayou. My friend commented on how strange it was that people would be lined up while the restuarant was closed, then we realized they were waiting to go up to Club 33. I believe it was the first time I ever saw anyone waiting to go in. Eventually the doors opened and the group slowly started filing in.

It was prob the group for the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour, you get to go into Club 33, it's awesome if you haven't done it!

It's very common to see a large crowd around the Club's door just before they unlock them for the first seatings.

hmm....now that does pass right by potc right? ive looked in the window when its night and seen the bright work lights just barely off in the distance. would it be possible for a club 33 member to sneak a photo of whats going on in the ride itself?

Are you confusing the Blue Byou Resturant with Club 33? Club 33 is upstairs, and as far as I know is not connected to the ride.

I suppose you could take pictures of the ride while in the Blue Byou, but if you used a flash it would be quite distracting in such a dark environment!

We saw a similar thing on Friday, I am fairly sure they were waiting for Club 33. It was about 4:30, three of the men were wearing CLub 33 polos and they were standing right outside the door.

You can take pictures and video, however, you only go in to the lobby.

The Club Itself is not that impressive. I have gone many time with my last company taking clients there. The clients from overseas were the most impressed but mainy so thier families could go guided tour of disneyland while we talked shop over lunch.

The Walk in Walt's Footsteps lunch takes place in a patio in the middle of the Disney Gallery, not Club 33.

I guess I should have been clear when I responded, it would make sense that the group would be lined up out front waiting to see the lobby.
