Walt Disney's beloved train engine, the E.P. Ripley was moved from Disneyland yesterday to the Fullerton Train Days show, which is today 5/6 and tomorrow 5/7. I took some photos of the E.P. Ripley, and I was allowed to enter the cab, ring the train bell and pull the whistle. Also the Carolwood Railroad Society was present, with many Walt Disney train photos and books on display.
To view the photos, hit view as guest on the AOL photos website, then hit view as slide show.
Enjoy the photos and regards,

Very interesting pics, Chrisaustx. Walt Disney had such a love for trains and it is very evident in your pics. Thanks again for sharing!

You are welcome, the photo of Michael I have, the guy with the name tag on, who is at the Carolwood Railroad booth, that is the kid in the photo with Walt.

I haven't met many people that are still around who have old photographs taken with Walt. The photo was taken one week before the opening of Disneyland.

As someome from the U.K. who loves U.S. locos (I'm off to Durango in June) these pictures are to be treasured. To have stood by the firebox and viewed the controls, to have pulled the whistle - you lucky so and so. Thanks for sharing.
