I am going to DL this weekend. I can't check in to my room until 3 p.m. but would like to go into the park for most of the day. Are hotels pretty good about holding your luggage until you can get into your room? I would hate to leave luggage in our car and would love feedback from you lovely MP people!!Thanks in advance!!

I would think they would. I know the Candy Cane does.

BWPPI handed us x number of tags, we attached one to each piece of luggage, and they hauled it off to a room for us. After officially checking in later, they escorted us to that room to pick up our luggage and move it to our assigned room.

Easy peasy. :)

If you are staying at any of the DL resort hotels, they all will hold your luggage for you. I've done it many times.

Disneyland Resort Hotels: Bell Services can store your luggage until you are ready to leave the Disneyland Resort area. Just bring your luggage down and they will store it for you.

Good Neighbor Hotels: I can't imagine most hotels not offering the same type of service, since not everyone goes home at check-out. I'd ask the Bell Services crew of the hotel that you are staying at just to confirm, but I'd be surprised if they cannot accomodate you.

Best western park place held our luggage for us, there was no problem at all. We had to check out and our flight didn't leave until 5pm.

BWPPI, Tropicana, DLR hotels do hold lugages. We got some good rates at the Del Sol Inn and they also will hold lugages. Your best bet is to call teh hotel directly and ask.

My mother had the Del Sol hold her luggage while she enjoyed a last morning at the park with her grandson. I don't think there will be a problem. I don't know that having it in your car is any more dangrous, though, unless it's hot and things get melted. Security is pretty tight if you're staying close to the park.

At DL resort hotels you just go to the concierge desk. They'll give you a claim ticket for each piece of luggage you leave.:) Most large hotels offer this service and will do the same thing for you if you're checking out but want to do other things before you head off home. Normally the service is free but we usually give a gratuity to the staff on collecting our items.:)

I know that the HoJo's does offer this service at no extra charge.

the Resort Hotels will hold your bags if you are staying there or not, i thought you'd have to be staying there, but i was wrong, The grand Californian will at least i never tried it with the Disneyland Hotel or Paradise Pier Hotel.
