My daughter is having a sleepover B-Day party so my mom and I were going to make a brunch the next morning for when the familys come and pick up the kids. We are having a Disneyland theme to the party so I wanted to try to get some recipes from Disneyland. Does anyone have any recipes for brunch from Disneyland?
Thanks

I used to have the recipe for the french toast in Storytellers Cafe, but now I can't find it. Does anyone have the recipe?

Thank you for the link. When I click on it the brown sugar, heavy cream and vanilla bean have an A next to it. Is it supposed to be 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar?

I know I am late with this, but I have made this recipe numerous times, and the family loves it. It is a favorite in our household! :D

I don't know if you'd consider it "brunch" fare (I'd consider it any-time fare), but I have the recipes for the Monte Cristo sandwiches served at the Blue Bayou and the mint juleps served at the Blue Bayou, the French Market and the Mint Julep Bar. The recipes came from the Disney magazine a couple of years ago.

I would love any recipes you have from Disneyland. With the link for the french toast, there I can't read the amount of brown sugar or heavy cream.
Does anyone know the amounts? I would love to make it.

How about Mouse pancakes? Big circle pancake, two little circle ears. Add a marishino cherry nose, like they do at the Riverbelle and voilą!

Would you please post the Mint Julep recipe or a link to it? Thank you

I've made the same Monte Cristo sandwiches, and they are awesome. Haven't made the Mint Juleps, though, as MrPooh has an aversion to mint!

One note: The posted recipe indicates that Torani Creme de Menthe is hard to find. I found it at a local Italian food import store.
