What is the # I need to call to renew my Premium AP by phone? Is there anything else I need to know? Thanks

I am not sure if you still can phone it in...
Well if you still have your mail in stuff for AP renewal just call the number there and they will tell you what to do.

If you are renewing a Deluxe or Premium Pass go to this site and put in your pass number. http://disneyland.disney.go.com/disneylandresort/ResortInfo/AnnualPassholders/index

You can download a renewal form for mail renewals. You'll get $10.00 off each pass by using this form.

My AP expires 03-03-03. After our Dec '02 visit I won't be coming back down to DLR until June of '03. Why not just get a new AP in June? Is there something I'm not seeing here?

You're right. It would make sense for you not to renew when you're here in December and then just get another pass in June of next year. Not sure what it is you're supposedly not seeing. The person starting this thread was just asking about renewing by phone.
