View Full Version : Exhibitionist at Disneyland/DCA
A number of guests and Cast Members(including myself) have seen an annual passholder who is known to all as "Smiley"(his real name is John) *********e in public while on various attractions. This is absurd and should NOT be allowed to continue! This man is kind of tall and is in his 20's or 30's and has reddish blonde hair parted on the side. His annual pass has been revoked once but his mother has threatened legal action if it is done again-she says it's good "therapy" for him to be able to come to Disneyland. "Good therapy?!" How is it good therapy for the guests who have had to see this nonsense or for the female Cast Members who have been harrassed by this sicko by him trying to look up their skirts at Storybook?! Any judge would rule in Disney's favor to ensure that this kind of behavior is NOT allowed to continue in a public place and a family park! A simple note to Disneyland City Hall or a quick email to Matt Ouimet would help:Matt.Ouimet@disney.com. If enough people complain about this it should prevent this man from being able to return to Disneyland!
Thank you!

If I see this going on I will make it a point to complain.

I haven't a clue what all those asterixes refer to, but the worst of them seem to be something law enforcement should be involved with and not a decission of TDA.

Am I the only one that can't figure out what Smiley is accused of here?

I understand why it has been edited out. It starts with the letter M and is something that "Smiley" should not be doing in public!

I didn't realize Disney allowed such practices on site. I guess that's what you get for not requiring pants.

I guess this is why they call him Smiley.

I would be so repulsed if I saw this at Disneyland but here I can joke about it. ;)

Should I call BS on this post? Has anyone else seen this guy, "Smiley"?
I'm willing to give the benefit of the doubt here, but Saki registered back in August, and has only made 4 posts, all of them about "Smiley."
With all our disney fans (and several CMs) here, has anyone else seen this person?

I Agree...never heard about him...
Take it with a grain of salt, folks.

This isn't funny and needs to be dealt with, Mother or not. I'm amazed Disney would allow such a thing.

I am at Dl all the time and never seen nor heard of this person. I would, of course, report any behavior of this type immediately and find it hard to believe this is going on.

Yeah, yeah. There's a bunch of names for the activity. Let's remember this is a family-friendly board.

I question this post too - If this happened at DL the offender would be in the custody of Anaheim Police. I'm not buying it!

I don't think they're "allowing" it, any more than they're allowing rudeness, line-cutting, or a number of other bothersome behaviors that go unreported.
Like I said, if I see it happening, I will complain. But I'm not about to send a letter of complaint based on somebody else's claim that this is happening, and this guy is doing it.

I agree. The entire idea that DL management would catch someone acting this appropriately in public and yet refuse to rescind their annual pass simply because their mother felt that DL was good therapy is rather ludicrous. DL is private property, and they have no legal obligation to give access to anybody. Why would someone make this up? I don't know. Maybe this person just wants to start a new urban legend. But it sure sounds supicious to me.

I've seen an exhibitionist at Disneyland almost every time I visit.
His name is Donald. Walks around wearing a shirt and nothing else.
I keep reporting him to Security, but they just look at me like I'm quackers.
