You can also go to the World of Disney store in Downtown Disney. They have it near the cash registers...!

Here's a listing of the CD at MouseShoppe (http://www.mouseshoppe.com/product.cfm?ProductID=12), with a picture. Maybe that will help.

Besides World of Disney at Downtown Disney and the 20th Century Music Store on Main Street, U.S.A., I've also seen the "Fantasmic!" CD sold at two locations in New Orleans Square: the store with all the Haunted Mansion and Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise next door to the place where you can buy the jambalya bread bowls, and the pin shop that's a little deeper inside the shops amongst NOS, near the Christmas ornament store. Sorry, I don't know what the store names are there. But my first suggestion to finding Disneyland CDs is always to go inside the 20th Century Music Store; they always seem to have it all. In there, I've usually seen it staring back at me right when I walk in from the shelf facing the Main Street-side doorway.

And I have to mention it just because I love the set, but "Fantasmic!" is also included on the new six-disc compilation, "A Musical History of Disneyland." The only drawback is it doesn't include the "Exit Music" track that currently plays after the 10:30 p.m. shows; that track is just on the single disc soundtrack.

First, run to your nearest English class. Punctuation is your friend and ours!

Second, don't be afraid or embarrassed to ask a store clerk to locate an item for you. That is their job.

Good luck finding your music, thespian.

It has two tracks - the complete score WITH sound effects, voices etc and score WITHOUT sound effects etc.

If the CD has a music-only track, that is the WDW version rather than the DL version. While the shows are similar, there are some significant differences. Generally, the DL version is a superior show and recording.

The CD of the Disneyland version includes the full soundtrack to the show (including the exit music) as track 1 and a fairly complete recording of the Main Street Electrical Parade as track 2.

Ahhh, special ed classes, I remember those days well. The embarrassment of being 15 and having addition and subtraction as my homework. "You grab your little brother's homework by accident?" "Uhhh.....yeah, that's it." *slinks away quietly*

I have the Fantasmic! soundtrack on tape, my bf and I listen to it all the time. :) It's great having F! on one side and the MSEP on the other. Everytime I wander into the Music Shop on Main St. I'm tempted to blow all our money right there. lol

SO IT ISSSSSS IN 20th Century Music! I'll get it this Friday. In my 12 trips to the park this summer I haven't been able to find a copy of that darn Fantasmic CD!

How much was it btw... and does the AP Premium pass discount work there? I'll be quite happy if it does... haha.

Lol, so true!

I was lucky enough to have found my Fantasmic tape at one of those Disney Warehouses that pop up in the mall every so often (just waiting for it to come back again.....). It was pretty cheap, I think like seven bucks.

The 20th Century Music Shop has so many cool CD's there. I'm still aching to snag the POTC ride soundtrack (well, I'd love to get the movie one too) and the CD version of that Walt Disney's Tour of Disneyland record that comes with the 6 disc Disneyland set.
