I've been to Millionaire a couple of times, and everytime I go there's been a dude there who is always there! Have any of you seen a guy or guys who are always there at millionaire?

Are you talking about the host or a person in the crowd?

Thoughts running through that person’s head:
"Must get all pins, must get all pins...D'oh! I missed the fastest finger again! Must get all pins. I wonder if that leather jacket comes in my size. Must get all pins. Who am I going to give my next Millionaire hat to? Do I really need another t-shirt? Pins!"

That's kinda like at Disneyland - there's this woman that I see all the time at Space Mountain. She just stands next to the podium where the CM is standing before the rockets go into the weighing area. I've always wondered what she did there, because she's always just standing there. I suppose one day I'll ask her!

O.K. DJ_MENTOS. I just went today and since there wasn't much else to do, I finally just made a day of Millionare to try and get into the hotseat. I did notice the second show that there was this guy that was in the same exact seat than the show before!! Then when the second show ended, I wanted to see where he would go from there so I watched him as he hurried out of the building( I forgot the stage # LOL) He went straight for a fastpass and straight to the fastpass line. This guy was in his mid-thirtys... neatly combed brown hair and had a mustache. Is this the guy you were talking about??

P.S. Did he always sit in the "ring of fire"?

Yeah, there's this one guy at Matterhorn. I see him there all the time. He always asks how many people are in my party (1) and then walks by my bobsled to make sure I have my seatbelt fastened. What a weirdo! Some people need to get a life....

Rallymonkey... I dont think thats the guy. This guy was in his 30's, but pretty unkept. He's a bit off in the head. Claps like crazy. Oh well....

Ok, this post is old, BUT I went today, and the guy that I had saw almost a year ago, is still there! He was #1 on fastest finger, but they wouldn't let him in, because he had won already this month. He said he had two days left.

I asked a CM about him, and he said that he comes during the week, sometimes does Millionaire all day! He was in the ring of fire during the first show. After asking the CM what kind of job he could have to do that, he says the guy doesn't come on weekends and his neightbors buy him a pass every year.

Has anyone lately seen this guy?

I know who your talking about. He was there for practically every game when I went twice 9and won once!) when I was there the last week osf September. I was talking to him and he said he comes m-f and plays almost all day. He said he's on dissability and just rides the bus down. He never goes to any other attractoion at either park. he's a little off.

I'm beginning to think every attraction has one. There's this one guy who would split his time (this is a couple years ago) between Animazement and Storybookland. The CMs at Storybookland all loved him and would worry about him if they didn't see him for a while, but he was far less popular over at Animazement, where he was known to yell at guests unfortunate enough to have gotten to "his" seat in the front row before he did.

I had a little bit of a thing with a guy that bugged me, rather bugged my little girl.

We were waiting over at the wishing well to see Snow White, and this guy was there "directing things" like"were going to start the line over here!"

He was rather unkempt and brought his own materials. Actually, when Snow white arrived, he had organized the line behind himself. and pulled out 8x10 glossies out of a briefcase he had taken of "her", the actual face charachter before, and had her signing them, multiple copies! She was uncomfortable, but what could Snow White do?

Anyways, he was exerting himself to the families waiting by assuring us repeatedly, "don't worry, she'll pose for you!" as he pulled more copies out of his bag for her to sign.

Now, the guy was older, unkempt and weird, and the vibe I was getting was weird, too. No more on that.

Nonetheless, he made everyone uncomfortable, seemed to be a "regular" and intimidated not only my wife and daughter waiting their turn to meet Snow White, but all the other families in line as well.

I dunno... It was just an all around uncomfortable thing. He bugged me bad, and next time he'll wait at the end of the line if i'm there.

Didn't she have a "handler"? (for lack of a better term) A CM that watched her and made sure everything went well? I didn't think that characters were aloud to be out on their own for safety reasons, and this does sound like a safety reason.

This guy sounds like a stalker.

Yes, I know who you're talking about.

That particular guy pretty much stalks Snow White all the time. Not just snow white, but the ONE Snow White.

I remember the day I was helping in the Princess Court, he showed up and gave her a 10 x 12 poster of herself which he made made on his computer as an apology (he had upset her a few days before). He is VERY creepy, and unfortunately, unless he does something to put her in immediate danger, or becomes a threat to those around them, nothing can be done.

And no, not each character has their own Host or Hostess. Generally hosts/esses are assigned to a few units at a time (i.e. one host to the Princesses, another host gets the Alice unit, Pinocchio unit, and Pan unit, etc.), so we unfortunately cannot be with them at every waking moment.

But what's worse, is that (unless things have changed recently), "walkarounds" don't get a character host. Only the set photo locations do (princesses in front of SW, Ariel's grotto, Mickey's house, etc)

Well, She has a "handler" now, since my suspicions were correct. If i'm there, he'd better watch his step. I don't like creeps, and that sounds like a creep. Next time i'm taking him aside and asking whats up. Besides, Isn't doing something to "upset" her being a nuisance?. I think I was there when he was giving her computer pictures of herself. That is really bad. What else was he.... never mind....

This makes me really mad now that I know, because my wife and daughter bith got the creeps from him, POOR SNOW WHITE!!!!

I'm talking to city hall. Anyone have the direct phone number? Please, I'd like to complain. In fact if enought of us complain, at least she may get some SECURITY! Like to her car at night...

Or tell me to relax, if that's how anyone feels...

I think I've noticed that face characters (those who can speak for themselves) rarely ever have escorts, but sometimes, the rubberhead characters (those who cannot speak) sometimes do, though not always.
