Has anybody else noticed that the prices in the shops in DL and/or DCA are a little wacky?

$40 for a $25-list DVD of Blast!

Or how about Mickey Mouse Scots Shortbread Cookies? A 2-pack for $1, or an 8-pack for $5 (do the math!)?

Yeah I noticed this too. I wanted to buy the DVD until I looked at the price. And the CD is also outrageous. $20 I think.

Not to get too far off topic here, but check the "sale" prices on drinks sometime.... 2 six packs of soda for 2.25 each or a 12 pack for 4.99... hmmm.
Same thing in the park. Bottle drink vs restaurant drink pricing seems to favor the bottle unless you are at a sit-down place.

I remember when the penny arcade reopend and the taffy was cheap, then as the weeks passed it slowly crept up each visit. I guess they were trying to see how high they could go.
