We usually renew our Annual Passes at the Disney Store, but we went to do this two weeks ago and they said that they were not allowed to do it anymore, and they said that if they did it would take too long of a time. Since we've never done this before, how do we renew our AP's at Disneyland?

I received renewal forms in the mail. Also they included a 50th cards option with tinkerbell as well as the standard goofy. If you did not get them you might want to call

Find the shortest ticket line. Check all the ticket booths, and the Group Sales Window which isn't called "Group Sales" any more just west of the Disneyland Newsstand.
Fork over lots of money.
Take the ticket they give you and go to get your new Passport issued. You may need a new picture taken, they may use last year's.
Do it again next year. :D

If you are staying at one of the on-property hotels, you can take care of most ticketing transactions at the front desk of the hotel.

The Disneyland site has a form on it that you can print out and renew by mail as well. Renew AP (http://adisneyland.disney.go.com/media/dlr_v0200/en_US/ap/APOnlineRenewal022405.pdf) I'm not sure if the link will work for you or not but if you sign in as an AP then the link is there on your page of options.

As said above you can down load on line, you can probably get the phone number on line, or go to guest servises to the west of disneyland next to the lockers. Here they can renew or upgrade. You will get the new card but you do not have to have picutre taken they will use your old picture. You get your card right there no waiting in anyother lines. If you go to regulat you will need then go in park and get picture retaken
