I don't know if Darkbeer caught this article from the Sun Sentinel, but I thought I should post it. Here's a link to the full article (http://www.sun-sentinel.com/business/local/orl-bizdisneydeath08040805apr08,0,7761030.story?coll=s fla-business-headlines).
Walt Disney Co. is seeking to overturn a California court ruling that it says would impose the heightened safety standards that cover buses and passenger trains on roller coasters and theme park rides.

California's Supreme Court on Thursday heard arguments in a case that stems from the death of a 23-year-old woman who died after riding on the Indiana Jones Adventure at Disneyland.

This needs to be overturned because it is so stupid. How can you compare a bus to a rollercoaster?

Interesting article....Im sorry to hear of the families loss however Disney cant be blamed for a possible condition that could have existed w/o knowledge before her ride on the attraction...
not to mention, its a stupid thing to compare theme park rides to public transportation...*ugh*
