i had several bad experiences on a trip in January, i wrote DLR and recieved a prompt response telling me to send them my park hopper passes and they would replace them for a future trip.

2 months later i have not received my replacements. i have written another letter with a copy of the original letter and a copy of my passes, but have not heard back.

is there a phone # to call and get a live person?

(714) 781-7290 is the main number. good luck getting through though, it's busy most of the day (and yes, it actually is busy).

i'm already sure you're very calm and cool about it, but i just want to make sure you act that way on the phone as well. the CSR is not your enemy (or more importantly the one responsible for your problem) but at the same time nobody really can really help someone who's irate, if anything it'll probably hurt the caller.
