I make it a point of always eating a Corndog at the Corndog Castle in California Adventure. I was under the impression that there were no corndogs in Disneyland. It sounds like I'm wrong. So, my question is, where can you get a corndog in Disneyland, and are they as good as the corndogs in California Adventure? As big, as tasty, as outright yummy??? :)

You should be able to get one at the corn dog cart at the end of main street just before the hub. The cart is located next to the Kodak photo shop. They are pretty good if I remember correctly. They are large.

You get them from the truck, at the north end of Main Street:

I haven't tried DCA's, but I like them!

They are both the same in DL and DCA.

I love them.

I used to love the corn dogs at Disneyland (pre-DCA, pre-veggie). One of these days they will have a veggie dog. If Hot Dog on a Stick can have them why not Disney?

Great, now I want a corndog!!!

I love the hot link corndogs at DCA, but the corndogs in DL are a sentimental favorite.

I know a lot of people love the corndog cart at DL, but I'm not one of them. I've eaten there exactly once, and the corndog I got was overcooked and icky. I like corndogs now and again, but I've never gone back there. My husband keeps telling me I just got a bad one, but he hasn't been able to convince me to try it again.

i love corn dogs, how can you go wrong with a cron dog, chips and a soda? then you sit and eat somewhere around the hub, and watch the people pass, and when they say "thats a huge corn dog, where did you get it" you just point to the red car cause there is to much corndog in your mouth to answer. i cant wait until april.....

That sounds exactly like what we do QueenAlisha!! We usually crash at the Coke Corner and listen to piano player and people watch.

I guess a "cron dog" would be one that you schedule to eat later. :geek:

Seeing that familiar red corndog cart makes me SO hungry for a DL corndog!!! Are they the same exact ones at DCA??

I understand the corndogs on the red cart are fantastic. The dogs are surrounded by good cornbread batter and are a killer to eat! Mustard one up for me and call me happy!

The ones at Corndog Castle in C/A are great too!

My oldest daughter flew home from Chicago last night...as she is having surgery on Friday.
She got off the plane, and said "I feel sick"...and I thought...uh oh...now they aren't going to do the surgery on Friday.

I told her..."Lie...tell the doctor you feel great!" She was mortified that her own mother would say that.

I said to her, "If you don't have that surgery done...just think...NO corndogs at DLR next month!!! NO Churros!! NO goodies to eat!

I am sitting here in my office, waiting for her to call after her today's pre-op appointments...and keeping my fingers crossed that everything is a 'go' for tomorrow!! :p

Agree with most everyone here...they are quite yummy, but can be greasy. But hey, that's why they're yummy! They deep fry the darn things and the cornbread sucks up grease like a sponge :)

They are also really big. My wife and I have decided it's a better idea to split one than go for the full gut-buster dog-chips-soda combo.

It's lunchtime and I could go for one right now!

What's a little grease now and then, lol? I'm craving a Corndog, and I don't think Der Wienerschnitzel is going to do it! Can't wait until June 2nd, when I can truly experience a DCA AND DL corndog! :)
