The project cleared another important hurdle last week with the stamp of approval from Disneyland's Chief Financial Officer. The construction budget (with the spring of '07 opening timetable we'd told you about earlier) was given the blessing of Disneyland's sharp pencil boys, and that means they are now budgeting in the tens of millions of dollars for fiscal year 2006 and 2007 that the Finding Nemo remake of the Submarine Voyage will require.
