I have never been and I have heard it has changed. What is it like? I have heard it can be slow so I thought I would do lunch on President's Day because with the crowds I will be more willing to take a break as oopose to low crowds when you want to get back on the rides asap!

So is the chararcter interaction good?

The place is now referred to as "Ariel's Grotto featuring Captain Mickey and Friends". They have a few characters (but Ariel is no longer one of them), and a gentleman in costume called Capt. Rustworthy, who gets the kids to play games, etc...

The food isn't bad, you get a nice set of choices...

I tend to stay upstairs.... ;)

We ate lunch there in December, the food was pretty good and the prices were not out of control, The kids had more character interaction then they had had at any other character meal.

We are planning on going back.

I've always loved the fish and chips at the Grotto. I hope they still continue to offer it. I am not a huge seafood eater but their fish is very tasty, flakey in the middle and crunchy on the outside, not greasy or soggy. MMMM
