My mom and I are taking a special trip to disneyland the week before thanksgiving and thought it would be fun to go on a tour. What tour would you suggest would be best for us? We both already know a good deal about disney so I don't know if the welcome to disneyland tour would be boring... I was thinking the walk in walts footsteps tour, but is that worth the money? Also, would they look funny if we did the discovery tour for kids and we have no kids with us? Any ideas?

If the Holiday tour is going, that one is pretty fun. Tells the history of some of the holiday deco, takes you on HMH and IASWH and then you sit in seats across from IASW and sip hot cocoa, have a snack and watch the parade

My sister, brother and I did the walk in walt's footsteps tour and highly recommend it. Just make sure you take the early morning tour and not the afternoon one, it's pretty cool to be on main street with no other people around. Also, being on the other side of the rope drop watching everyone else waiting to get into the park is fun. You get alot of cool information about the park that you probably wouldn't know otherwise. Walt has hidden alot of little treasures in the park that the tourguide will be pointing out to you (showing you how truely magical disneyland is). I just wonder how the tour will be different with all the closures and refurbishments going on.
