Sometimes I crave the corndogs at the Corn Dog Castle in CA. In fact, I crave them a lot! :~D What do you "crave" when you're hungry for some food from Disneyland and/or CA?

1. Corn Dog from Corn Dog Castle
2. Clam Chowder from "old" pirate ship that was located in Fantasyland
3. Churro
4. Bacon-wrapped asaparagus spears from Bengal BBQ
5. Pinapple juice from Tiki Room juice bar

I never crave food at DL. I barely get hungry. I'm too focused on the rides. :D

Frozen banana and a big pickle.... that's it. I have to have those two items of food everytime I go to Disneyland. I've done that since I was 12 (and I'm almost 23 now).

It does sound funny. I usually buy one at the fruit stand right next to Aladdin's Oasis.

Can't say that I crave anything at Dland...my wallet won't let me. Plus, there's much better food outside the park for a better price. My wife craves the dark chocolate carmel apples. Anytime I stop at the park, I have to pick one up.

Churros and the giant pickles. You can get giant pickels from 711 and churros from the grocery store that you make in the oven but it's just not the same.

If you have a Bennigans near you I highly recommend trying a Monte Cristo, all it is basically a breaded and deep fried club sandwich.

I love them and I go there specifically when I get the cravings for them...but then again I can't get them anywhere else. LOL

Enjoy!

Tomorrowland Terrace cheeseburgers. I know it's not called that anymore and that they pretty much serve the same burger throughout the park, and it's a pretty basic burger - but they're just SO Disneyland. I crave them terribly sometimes.

Dole whips. Sometimes, I just crave one, and I'm hundreds of miles away. :crying:

We like those too but our favorites are the Safari Skewers.

To answer your question - I believe that the sauce is a mixture of sweet & sour sauce and BBQ sauce. We've made very similar kabobs at home by marinating boneless/skinless chicken breast kabobs in soy sauce, cooking them on the grill and brushing on a 50/50 mixture of store bought sweet & sour sauce and BBQ sauce right before they are done (the sauce will burn because of the sugar content if you let them stay on the grill too long). They taste great but they are not the same without the DL atmosphere.
