Napa Rose in Grand Californian is a good restaurant too. I think it's on price scale of the Blue Bayou about $50 / person.

In Downtown Disney, I'd recommend Catal Restaurant, upstairs. They've got great food, nice ambience, good service. Here's a recent review (http://www.colddeadfish.net/catal/catal062004.html) that I did, and here's their current menu (http://www.colddeadfish.net/catal/catalmenu.html).

As mentioned by Forbin, Napa Rose is a very nice, upscale restaurant with great food, very beautiful decor and impeccable service. I posted a recent review here (http://www.colddeadfish.net/naparose/napa072504.html), but since we sat at the counter, it might be better to read my 2003 review instead (http://www.colddeadfish.net/naparose/napa022303.html). Here's their current menu (http://colddeadfish.net/naparose/napamenu.html).

In DCA, I'd recommend The Vineyard Room. I posted a review from March of this year (http://www.colddeadfish.net/dlrrests/vineyardroom032104.html).

Keep in mind that all three locations have menus that change seasonally. Depending on when you're planning to go, both the Catal and Napa Rose menus might change some, and I'm not sure if the Vineyard Room has the same menu now as when we went in March.

Hope that helps.
