We are leaving for Disneyland tomorrow - woo hoo!! We are hoping to catch the Believe fireworks show, but where is the best place to watch? Also, how long does it last, and is something our 3 and 6 year old would enjoy? We were there last April, had a blast of course, but missed out on this. This trip is all about seeing and doing things we didn't have a chance to last year! Thanks for any suggestions!

Show's about 10-15 minutes long. If your kids like fireworks, they'll like Believe!

As for best places, that's always a matter of opinion. Depends on what you're looking for. For the classic, "full" experience, the far end of Mainstreet is good. You get a full view of the castle, and can hear the music. It's where the show was designed to be viewed from. But, it's crowded, you might consider showing up about 30 minutes before show-time to secure a good view. (the best tip is to look for the little "driveways" leading from the sidewalk on either side of the street past the end of MainStreet. If you stand just behind that, they will put a rope up to keep the path open, meaning you won't have anyone standing in front of you).

For a slightly different take on the show, you can view it from just outside the Small World merchandis shop (near the entrance to Toon Town). You're as close to the launch area as you can get in the park. The 'works are big and loud. You can hear the cannons firing. Might be a little intense for the little ones, plus you can't hear the music very well as the closes speakers are about a hundred yards behind you.

If Fantasmic! is showing on Sunday (I believe it is), and you have taken the time to stake out a spot to catch the first showing of Fantasmic! by the river, you get a pretty good view from there, as well as hear the music. So you can just stay put and wait for Believe! to begin (it starts within a few minutes of Fantasmic! ending).

If you watch it from fantasmic, stay away from the far left side of the river, near fantasmic. If you view it there, the big hill/cabin will block many of the fireworks (although it is less crowded). Infront of pirates there will be a better view.
