I was thinking about the times I used to visit Disneyland back in the '70's. One of many things I found to be way-cool were the live shrubs in the shapes of animals.

These days, I see animal shrubs from time to time, but I don't recall seeing any during my last Disneyland visit in 2002. Are they now all gone?

Also, I remember there was a very cheesy motel that used to be near Disneyland and it was surrounded by animal shrubs. It was called the "Future Inn", or something. It's obviously long gone. What is now it its place?

There are also topiaries depicting Disney characters on the path between Matterhorn and IASW.

They also have 'character topiary' all over the place at the DLH. (The wallpaper in our bathroom had character topiary print, too!)
