Just to clarify, this isn't a commentary by the OC Register editorial writers, but by Roy Disney and Stanley Gold. It doesn't seem to really rebut Marty Sklar's comments which are of the "Eisner gave us a real boost in 84 and we just opened Mission: Space" variety. The Gold/Disney comments are their oft repeated (and certainly valid) criticisms that the company hasn't done well the past ten years and that's certainly a reflection on Eisner's leadership, but it isn't anything different than what we've been reading from them for the past 6 months.
