Hi,
I was just wondering if any locals can give me an idea of crowds around june 13th - 16th. Is school out yet in So Cal? When does the summer/peak season start?

Thanks!

You all don't know what hot is. Try 100 degree temps with 100% humidity for starters then complain about the heat.

the park will certainly be crowded, but you can still enjoy your visit. There are little tricks that you can use to get more out of your visit.

Go on a weekday if at all possible (teusdays are best)
Plan your day a little, but don't be afraid to change it when you walk by Indy and for some magical reason the wait is only 30 minutes (that's really not that long)
Know that you will have to wait and use the posted wait times to help you. Know also that the posted wait time is usually at leats 5 min more than you'll actually wait, but be smart, if the HM line is out the gate and the wait says five minutes, there was probably a recent flood of people.
Do Tomorrowland during Fantasmic and/or
get a spot for Believe during the first Fantasmic show.

There are tons more tips and tricks for you, anyone else please share

Our family drives down from Washington State every June for a visit (as a matter of fact, we'll be there this year during those same dates). Crowds have fluctuated every year, last year being by far the most crowded. However, we use some tried and true methods for dealing with this inconvenience. 1) Get there when the gates open and go on the most popular rides (i.e., Indiana, Splash, BTMR), 2) Use Fastpass whenever you can (this makes a HUGE difference in the amount of wait time), 3) eat breakfast at your hotel before you arrive and then eat lunch and dinner at early times (also, we set up priority seatings before we leave home - 30 days before arrival), 4)if time allows (make it a priority) take a swim/nap break in the afternoon to recharge your batteries.
Crowds can seem to weigh you down by your last day when you are especially tired, but that just adds to the excitement of Disneyland. Take time to pinch yourself and say "I'm actually here!" Chances are you'll be like our family and make this an annual vacation! See you in June!!

Also rides like Splash and Indy (Well by summer the line will be open) feature a line called the 'Single Line' Line for people who are by themselves or just need a quick dip.

You can't wait with friends or expect to get in the same boat as them but if you just want to ride the ride and none of the family wants to get on go in the single line. It's quick.

Beware the parades. If you are trying to cross the park during a parade time, know that you may have a difficult time. If want to see the parade, get spot early. If you don't, avoid the parade route and have fun in Tomorrowland or New Orleans square areas.

More tips anyone?

Well, that's not really that bad.. That means it's raining, which would be great!

It's when it's 90% humidity and 100 degrees, and then it stinks.

During Parades, take the train.
