Are those actually holes and open wood rot in the sides of the Columbia? That's scary.

I guess Disney can always say that those mean fun loving :D Pirates did it and to go to POT and make sure to buy it on DVD or VHS. I am surprised they didn't rename the Columbia to The Black Pearl.

I find the pictures of the golden horshoe to be the most shocking. They just did a massive refurbishment on this building, whats up with that? Did people do that damage to the building?

I can't believe that you can buy a can of coke for $1 in the picnic area! I'll remember that the next time we are thirsty. We could buy almost a six pack for what two 20 ounce bottles cost us.

I like when a photo saves me money :)

 I feel like a total idiot right now but what's the building with the one light on and the big mickey mouse / silly symphonies sign on it?

To MotorBoat Cruiser, don't expect to get one for less than $2.75....

And Briar Rose, that is the new facade built on the east side of the Animation Building (facing the Hyperion), it was to help blend in the entrance to ToT... and well, not too many folks are impressed...

Ok at first I couldn't for the life of me understand why motor boat would think that a soda (at disney) would be one dollar, but if you check out this picture from darkbeer

http://albums.photo.epson.com/j/ViewPhoto?u=4088391&a=31170023&p=67523181

you will see that the top row is bottles at 2.75 and the cans at I think 1.25. I can't make it out.....so I will be checking out that soda macheins next time I'm there.

Picture #7 clearly shows the cans marked as $1.00 each.

In case I wasn't clear, I was just pointing out that if we buy 2-20oz. bottles in the park, the cost is $5.50. If we buy from the machine in the picnic area, we could get 5 cans for less money than the two 20oz. bottles would cost. That is a much better deal. Unless, of course, the machine is out of cans. :) With the current maintenance schedule of some of the other items in the park, I figure they probably refill the machine, oh, every three years or so. ;)

Not only does the Golden horseshoe have paint thats ummm "spotty".... someone wanna tell me what those modern unthemed light fixtures are doing there? The look to be quite literally "clamped" onto the sign. I sure dont remember them there before? IS my memory wonky? or did they just not stick out so much?

And oh my... poooooor Columbia!!! This thing needs a good fixin' pronto!
