Saturday February 7th at DCA I thought I spotted a man who resembled John Tesh being led around by one of those vest-wearing Disneyland Resort hosts. Does anybody know if it was him? If it was him, what a perfect match! The most boring man in show business history visiting the most boring theme park in amusement park history.

I was just about to post that we saw george clooney at disneyland on monday he was overy by splash mountain with some blonde lady no idea who she was we even took his picture i'll post it later. He seemed very nice my buddy jeremy talked with him for a minute. It seems weird that he was not being escorted around like mr. tesh

I suppose it could be because he's more of a "regular guy" than Mr. Tesh.

omg that is so funny that you saw john tesh! my college roomate was at DR with her family, and she was so embarassed because her then very young brother yelled, "HEY LOOK IT'S JOHN TESH!" when he saw him on the teacups. and then of course everyone turned to look at her, because they assumed she loved john tesh.

I've shook John's hand once...and exchanged pleasantries even. I am not surprised to see a "star" at DLR, why? Because they are human too and want to have fun like anyone else...and why not?

The trick to everyone (you, the possible celebrity, and the people they are with) having a good day at Disneyland/DCA is to NOT rush up and start squealing and gushing at the top of your lungs. That attracts a lot of unwanted attention...

Wander over close enough to get eye contact, then say and/or wave Hello. If they want to acknowledge you, go have a quick and polite conversation, and then go on your way - let them be in control of the situation, some celebs find all that attention smothering. When they want to politely end the conversation and wander away, take the hint and let them.

But if they simply want to be alone with their family and friends at Disneyland, LET them be alone.

yeah, being subtle is the best way

a few years ago we saw keanu reeves at magic mountain, so we just quietly went up to him and asked if we could take a picture with him. we snapped a quick picture before anyone realized what was going on and start crowding around, and he continued on his way in peace.

While John Tesh's music certainly isn't chop-your-head-off Rock-N-Roll, it's not *that* bad.

He played at my church a few months back. He's actually a very nice, down to earth, guy as well as a Christian. He said he changed his career to music because he couldn't do the sleazy "Entertainment Tonight" thing any more.
