The reason I gave the Kansas City Star link was the fact you did not have to register to see it (The OC Register does require registration), but the article is the OC Register article, as you can tell by the by-line.

The same thing happens with many other articles, such as AP article, I provide a link to a newspaper carring the article....

Ummm...the Kansas City Star also requires registration.
